Nick and Rudy's is the Perfect Setting for
Corporate Functions, Birthday Parties, Christmas Parties, Rehearsal
Dinners, Wedding Receptions, Bar Mitzvahs, and Bat Mitzvahs. We
have a Private Dining Room and/or Al Fresco Dining for Dinners,
Receptions, or Buffets.
Executive Room Reservation & Cancellation Policies:
- A signed contract is required for all events.
- A credit card number or a 50% deposit (of total food bill)
is required when contract is signed.
- An accurate estimate of people attending is required 7 days
prior to event.
- Final count (for billing purposes) of attendees required 72
hours prior to event.
- No refund of deposits will be given on cancellations with less
than 30 days notice.
- For the Holiday season, no refund of deposits will be given
on cancellations with less than 30 days notice.
- A refund of 50% of the deposit will be given on cancellations
with at least 14 days notice.
- For the Holiday season, a refund of 50% of the deposit will
be given on cancellations with at least 60 days notice.
- Nick and Rudy's accepts most major credit cards, cash, or company
checks.
- Minimums for private rooms: All minimums established before
Tax and Gratuity (a 20% gratuity will be added to all planned
functions)
Minimums for Private Executive Room:
- The Executive Room requires a $2,500.00 minimum for events
scheduled Thursday, Friday, or Saturday evening; a $3,500.00
minimum is required during the Holiday Season.
- The Executive Room requires a $1,500.00 minimum for events
scheduled Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday evening; during the Holiday
Season, a $2,500.00 minimum is required.
Special Requests:
Special requests can be set up through the Event Coordinator
- Audio Visual equipment is available for a rental fee
- Transportation can be arranged
- Guest Gifts or Amenities
- Special Linen Requests can be arranged
